Refund Policy and Cancellation
While we always strive to bring you the quality of service, we care about your feedback and overall service experience on BEWELL platforms and the services of its partners.That being said, we have implemented the following Refunds Policies and a simple process; if a dispute or cancellation arises.Below you will find the Refunds Policies. First for booked Nearby Clinics Services. Second for Homecare Agencies appointments.

1.Refunds Policy In Case Of Nearby Medical Centers Services:
For refunds, forward the booking conformation Email/SMS you have received before to info@bewelluae.com or to Bewell WhatsApp.Refunding a booked service, as long as you have not visited the Center, OR visited but wish not to proceed anymore with your order, it can be cancelled and the full purchase price refunded back to your original method of payment within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card. Some bookings will be eligible for instant cash refund at the center. After 30 days, the order can be canceled and refunded back to your original method of payment, less a 30AED processing feeIf you have already provided samples for testing, we cannot cancel your order or refund your payment. Testing will be completed and report will be available in your bewelluae.com account Doctor consultation fees are non-refundable.Rescheduling appointments. It is totally free to reschedule the center visit appointment.

2. Refund Policy In Case Of Home Visit Services:
For refunds, forward the booking conformation to info@bewelluae.com email or send it to WhatsApp.Cancelling appointments. It is fully refundable if you give us a notice to cancel the appointment at least 24 hours before the appointment time by contacting us on Phone or WhatsApp, less than 24 hours, the order can be canceled and refunded back to your original method of payment, less a 50AED processing fee within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit cardRescheduling appointments. It is totally free to reschedule your appointment, please give a notice of 12 hours for bookings between 8AM-10AM and a notice of 4 hours for all remaining bookings.Missing appointments. an appointment with homecare agencies, involves additional cost on our partners like travel cost and time, also sometimes a tight schedule and other appointments in far areas. So, in case there was no response at the appointment time for more than 15mins, a deduction of 50% from the total refund amount will apply.
